The Full Story

About

At Asuk, we believe flavorsome meat should be accessible to the many. At the beginning, we recognized that our home town of Tarlac was lacking in this, so we made it our mission to share our products in the area we live. At first, we delivered fresh and frozen food directly to Tarlac, Cainta and San Juan. Now just one year later, in 2022 we have launched our first restaurant, delivering 12-hour slow cooked meats to a dine-in experience.
 

Our pitmaster Chef Teph, began the Research and Development process of designing our renowned recipes that have gone from strength to strength. As we continue to introduce new products, we are reminded of the passion that goes into each and every step of creating Asuk's delicious low and slow smoked meats.
